Hannah Grace Heartfield
Welcome, welcome. My name is Hannah Grace - HG for short - and I’m a cook based in Brooklyn, NY.
After years of dinner parties and enthusiastic meals for the people I love, I left behind a career in tech to pursue food professionally. In March of 2024, I completed the 12-week certificate course at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland where I developed a passion for local, seasonal produce, sustainable food systems, and a love for building friendships over food.
Since moving back to NYC, I’ve continued to learn and work alongside talented chefs while getting creative in my home kitchen. I’ve started Plated by HG to help make cooking easier and more fun for you and your people.
When I’m not in the kitchen, I can be found with a good book or on a long walk around Prospect Park with my dog, Farnie.
